As you clarified in your article that adsense income is Zero rated hence no GST applicable , but sir please confirm shall we register or not for GST

Zero rated does not mean out of GST.
Zero rated here means supply made out of India.
Though rate of tax is zero, but still registration provisions are applicable and Bond/LUT still holds good in this case.
