Service provide by service center of motor bike when bike is new an first four service are free from company, in this situation service center not charges from customer for such service and company pay amount for such service to service center so please guide me Who will pay gst on such amount Service center or Company?
One who is raising invoice and receiving money is suppose to charge GST and pay to government.
If you are charging service charges to company, then you have to charge GST in invoice.
