User id password &otp

requested sir 

if you help me on this topic then my gst user is password and otp  is not in my hand while converting my gst since in march month my CA  not given any id or password  when i use gst sites to fill my detail email id user id and password gone to CA mail id and otp  he refuse many time to given me..his not interested  to give any detail about gst
