Unable to connect to the installed emSigner

Hi,

Till October last week, emsigner was working fine and successfully filed GSTR3B.

Couple of days before when I tried to submit GSTR3B, am getting error as 

"Unable to connect to the installed EMSigner. Please close any other application running on following ports
1585, 2095, 2568, 2868, 4587 and restart your system, and try again."

It was functional, and what could be the reason for this error.

There is no port issue, can see msg from emSigner as " Server configured on port 1585

Congrats! emSigner service started successfully."

Java : 1.8

Browser : Firefox version 56

Emsigner : 2.6

OS: Windows 7 and 8.1
