in case of exports, amount received in foreign currency and paypal deduct its fees on sales amount and transfer the net amount in bank account in Indian currency, then such fees will be included in sales value or not??
The Value you mention in the Export Invoice is Sales Value, irrespective of the amount you receive back from Customer.
If the Bank / Paypal deducts their charges, before handing you the money, those will be your expenses
