I hvae purchased one ready to move in flat on resale. sellers are two applicants also purchaser are two applicants (husband & wife) so how much forms to be file for TDS PAYMENT.
In income owner is one who enjoys the benefit of property. If both sellers are registered owner, TDS to be done on both. Anyhow, if part payment is small, you can file tds for one seller and on next payment for both.
