I have registered a company using SPICE form of MCA.
MOA and AOA were also filed online using forms available at MCA.
However I need to give MOA and AOA to bank for opening account.
How do I download MOA and AOA of comapny?
You need not to download MOA and AOA from ROC website.
You can use same PDF form used to upload MOA and AOA.
Take print out of forms and submit to bank.
With SPICE form for registering company, you must have uploaded MOA and AOA forms. Print these forms and submit to bank.
