There is one instance where, For a regular taxpayer, the GST Portal is showing as a Composition dealer, However, applications of such were not filed by us in any point of time. Nor such applications are being reflected in the GST portal under "My Saved applications", or " View My Submissions", or in any other sub-menu. Due to this, we are not able to file monthly returns such as GSTR-1 and others.
