यदी एक सेवा प्रदाता अपने मूल राज्य से बाहर सेवा देता है तो उसको क्या दोनो राज्यों में registration लेना होगा?
If one service provider provides service in different states, whether he has to get himself registered in all states or he can manage from his base state?
