ALSO I WOULD TO TO ASK THAT IS THERE ANY TAX HAS TO BE PAID ON TRANSPORT EXP. AFTER THIS NOTIFICATION?
RCM is not payable on URD purchases but GTA or transporter are separately listed.
You still have to pay GST under RCM on transportation charges.
