Any gst registered dealer purchase of old gold jewellery from the un registered dealer persons(customers) RCm applicable or not.
Purchase of gold from a normal unregistered customer will not attract RCM as it is not in course or futherance of his business. However, gold purchased from unregistered gold trader with attract RCM @3% u/s 9(4).
