Will you tell in case of prepaid mobile recharge from paytm or any other application what should be the place of supply

In case of services place of supply is the registered place of recipient of service. In case recipient/client is not registered than place of supply will be address of client in records of company.

So, in case of prepaid mobile recharge place of supply will be always place of client.

If you are recharging in Karnataka, place of supply will be Karnataka.
