I have small partnership Firm offering software services to a client in USA. Every 4-5 weeks my firm bank account is being credited with 2-3 lakhs but total credit will not be more than 20 lakhs and i have no other credits. Am I liable to pay taxes? How much? what is amount limit legal to credit from outside of india? what is the criteria ?
