Not able to make change in terms of payment and shipping address once saved

You can make changes, by editing invoice. Payment terms and shipping address is taken from master data.

For the time you create invoice, shipping address is taken from customer details. Payment terms are taken from company details. These are saved in database with each invoice.

To change them you need to click on Invoice list and edit the invoice you want to change the details for.
