Just wanted to confirm, is there any need to issue certificate (hard copy) of LUT from GST Dept. After applying online?
No there is no need of hard copy. I called GST Helpdesk and confirmed with them.
LUT is a declaration only and no approval is required from GST jurisdictional officer.
Filing of LUT is final step and no further action required.
