can we upload firm logo in this and terms and conditions , also how can we generate the origional copy , customer copy and duplicate copy.

As of now logo is not possible. However Invoice terms and conditions you can upload at the time of filling your company details or creating invoice.
Once I am done with tax audits, and this busy session will work on logo and redesigning of invoice.
Estimated days to get logo functionality is 30 days.
