JOB Work Under GST

Dear Sir , 

We are the job worker for industrial goods and we provide service to our customer at customer factory point.

We provide service to our customer with the help of tools and tackles ( Machinery ) and weight of our tools is 4 Tons & value of our tools is 2,00,000  /- approximately .

Our Job work charges is approximately mostly  40,000.

Please confirm should we mention the value of goods in e way bill 2,00,000 or 40,000.

If we mention value of goods 2,00,000 /- please confirm will there arise GST tax  duty on us over 2,00,000 or 40,000 /-
