we are manufacturer of tax free goods like agriculture food item. ẃe send goods for sortex job work. ITC-04 form filing is compulsory or not for us. Please suggest asap.
You need to file ITC-04 once registration is taken, it becomes compulsory. Rules does not exclude anyone and if you are sending goods for manufacturing you need to file ITC-04.
