Dear Sir, 

Please ensure that if today I purchase capital goods for my manufacturing sector ,how could I  claim Itc,suppose total tax payment Rs. 9000.00 on capital goods.

If you are purchasing asset for business use, you will get input in month of purchase.

If you are purchasing asset today, you will get input this month itself. You will get input tax credit for entire 9000 today itself.
