I have missed Purchase invoices ( ITC) of Aug Dec 2017 and Mar 2018.. May I claim that ITC in Aug2018 GST 3b.. pls give me an solution...
Yes , You can claim ITC . Last date for claiming ITC is - return for the month of Sep 2018 ( by 20th October 2018 ) or filing annual return , whichever is earlier
