Is it essential to file ITC-04 for taxpayers having Turnover up to 1.5 Cr
Yes everyone has to file the return ITC-04.
I did not come across any guideline or specification as to who has to file ITC-04. It says manufacturers has to file, we can believe everyone has to file who transacted with job workers.
