I want to now regarding deduction under which head of income tax we take deduction of NPS,HRA.

HRA forms part of gross salary. So there is no separate head for deduction. When you calculate your gross salary, you need to deduct HRA exemption.
NPS on other hand for part of chapter VI deduction.
