In ITC 04 which no. i have to mention in jw to mfg in place of original challan no. and date.

Hello Experts,

we are engaged in business of manufacturing of cloths. we also outsource our work for jobwork purpose to  garments for stitching shirts, pants and Blazers, we gives them fabric. For that we issues Challan copy to garments and in reverse they issue invoice after completion jobwork. So my question is, in some cases we issued one challan to jobworker and they supply finish goods in parts and also  issue numbers of invoices.

for i.e Case 1) we issued 1000 meter fabric with challan no. 01 at a time. But jobworker returns the finish goods in two parts. 1st is 250Pcs by using 500 meter fabric and 2nd is 240pcs by using remaining fabric ( some fabric loss in cutting )  and raise two bills for the same.

Case 2) We issued three or four challans respectively one by one. But jobworker returns the finish goods in One parts by issuing one invoice.

So which challan no. we have to mention in ITC 04 JW to Mfg worksheet in place of original challan no. by considering above both of the cases.
