I have paid money and uploaded the list which I have not recieved in my mail id
Once you upload your CSV, report will be sent to your mail id within 2 minutes.
Please check Spam folder, also check if your webmail is not blocking mails from our domain.
Also make sure:
- Number of uploaded numbers is less than 1000, sometime heavy file sizes are blocked by mailbox.
- Every GST number is of 15 digit.
- No blank row in CSV file.
299 plan is closed due to costing reason.
It will be reopened may be later this year.
