How to print the Invoice which is showing correctly in the application but not coming properly when took a printout

When we have created an invoice and ask the application to show it - it is showing perfectly.

But when we are trying to take, there is no provision to select Portrait or Landscape mode and it is cutting the print out (obviously it is taking in Portrait mode and not able to adjust the bill to A4 size)

We have raised a query of how to export as it is what is created in Invoice to Excel so that final changes if any can be done or this sort of problems can be solved.
