I have the ARN and the status shows 'Migrated'. However, I am a bit confused as to when will I get the GSTN. I do online selling through marketplaces and they are now asking for the GSTIN.

Online market places such as Amazon, Flipkart, Snapdeal etc. are asking their online sellers to submit GSTN to trade online.
But, yet not everyone has received their GSTN number. Mind it that it is wrong to disallow anyone without their GSTN number, firstly GST is expected to be implemented from July 2017, so even provisional GSTN is not still legaly acceptable.
As per registration provisions GSTN should be generated within 3 days of submission of application if no mistake is found in application. You can submit provisional GSTN number, which will eventually become your GSTN.
