My father was not doing any business and was filing nil service tax returns for past 2 years and is now under provisional GST reg. He wants to cancel the provisional GST as he cannot keep filing nil returns every month.
From one of your answers to an older question, I gathered that FORM GST REG-29 can be submitted electronically to cancel provisional GST. Where to submit this "electronically". I do not see any such facility in the common portal. Pl advice.
