is Last date of GSTR 9 is 31-Dec-2018 for FY2017-18 (july to mar)?

As per Notification No 39/2018 - Central Tax Dated 04 September 2018, CBIC Notified Annual Return of GST for the period 01 July 2017 to 31.03.2018 which is required to be filed along with Statutory GST Audit Report till 31.03.2018.

Although The Karnataka State Chartered Accountants Association represented to Union Ministry of Finance & Corporate Affairs Minister for Extension of due date for filing of GST Annual Return & GST Audit, but as of now, no consent has been received towards such representation.
