GSTR-3B Filing after applying for deregistration

I've received a mail from the department to file GSTR-3B for the month of June-19, even though I've applied for deregistration of the firm on 13.06.19 w.e.f 01.06.19. However, the application is "Pending for Processing" as on date. Please help me out with this

Hi,
If you apply for deactivation for your GSTN then you need to be very careful of that keep filing your gst returns till your registration is successfully deactivated. You can make request for early proceedings for your deactivation request at range office.
