Sir as maharastra courier companies are charging IGST for the Locals But it should be CGST and SGST??
Can you give the clarification for the same..

Even I had received courier bills from Feb / Mar 2019, where they started charging. IGST When I asked them, they cited the Circular No. 90/09/2019 - GST, F. No. CBEC-20/16/04/2018 - GST Dated 18th February 2019
