WHY SUCH PENALTY LEVIED BY GST EVEN FOR THEIR OWN WEBSITE FAULT. GOVERNMENT SHOULD TAKE SOME RELIABLE ACTION FOR THIS, WHY EVERY TIME CLIENT HAS TO SUFFER.
GST is a new concept in India, we understand but government will never miss a chance to collect money from public at any cost.
This is really pathetic that GST website is down at very crucial moment.
There is no rule that one should not file return on last date. Till due date last hour we can file our return at any time.
Government should refund all late filing fee collected from tax payers because its own servers were not responding properly.
