Please clarify if RCM on GTA service from Regd/unregd transporter is applicable wef.13.10.17

Minimum freight amount on a single consignment note on which no GST is applicable irrespective of regd/unregd transporter.

Yes, RCM on GTA service is applicable. Notification was only from unregistered suppliers, however you have to pay tax under RCM on services mentioned in list of mandatory RCM supplies.

750 is the limit per transaction.
