Good Morning !
1. As a Transporter, can we book the consignment from the unregistered dealers either Consignor or Consignee, however we will collect the GST amount as per the act from Consignor at the time of Paid Booking and from Consignee at the time of Delivery against Topay Booking.
2. As still the e-waybill portal is not ready, should we collect the e-sugama from the Customers. Pl advise us.
