I am a blogger and do i have to register / pay for GST for earnings through amazon.com (USA) affiliate. I am asking this because the receiver is outside india and is it under export of service.
You do not have to pay tax on any export supply these are classified under zero rated supplies.
However as of now as per law you need to get registered for engaging in interstate supplies.
