Frieght charges in the bil

regarding this i too need clarification, whether Delivery charges charged in the invoice will be taxed or not? And if Taxed then at what rate will it tax? if it will be included in transaction value then is it require to apportion the same to all the products in the bill.

e.g i issued the bill having 30 products taxed at different rates and delivery charges are say 1000 then how should i reflect the same in invoice please reply ASAP.
