sir my ITR does not match with Form -16 in respect of decuctions u/s 80 & Allowances. In ITR, I claimed refund, but department (CPC Bengalaru) shows a message that your itr didn't match with form-16 & didn't allowed the deductions. I responsed the same on 24.08.2017 with suitable documents, till date my refund not issued, kindly guide me.
