Late fee is waived only for July, August and September 2017. You will have to pay late filing fee for all other months and for each return.
Return filing is very easy.
Login to your GST account, visit Returns dashboard, select year and month and proceed with GSTR-3B.
GSTR-1 is a bit tricky if your more invoices, get professional help.
