A registered composite dealer turnover below 40 lacs limit.cancel of gst number form gst reg.16 application filed on dt.31.03.2019.

Order for cancel of registration  on dt.26.04.2019 form gst reg.19 received.

My question

Order for cancel of registration after composite dealer form gstr.10 final return and annual return filed  both returns compulsory or not
