Filed LLP form-3 for change of partners before initial agreement

I have filed form-3 of a LLP for change of partners, MCA even accepted it. Though the initial partnership agreement was not filed by LLP and it was not under my notice.

Now I am not able to file any other form for LLP as it shows error "Initial form-3 is not filed".

Now I am trying to file form-3 of LLP but issue is that I am getting details of partners of latest form-3 I filed.

Initially there were 2 partners and after change in partnership deed, number of partners increased to 3. I have filed agreement for 3 partners.

Now when I am trying to file Form-3 for initial 2 partners, prefill button is getting details of 3 partners instead of 2.

How do I solve this issue?
