I am trying to file GSTR-1 and there is one service invoice issued without payment of tax for export.
However I have filled the details and now while saving the table 6A, getting below error:
Error! Total IGST tax amount should be greater than zero
What should be done and how to file GSTR-1 for export of service invoices?
Checked the photo you have attached, issue is you need to select "Without payment of Tax" option under GST Payment select option.
You have selected with payment option, so you are getting error.
