Sir, I have imported goods and kept them at customs warehouse. Now I want to transport such goods to my factory within same state. Does provisions of E-way Bill apply to such transport of goods? Relevant state is Gujarat.
Kindly guide who is liable to generate E-way bill, if applicable.

Yes you need to generate E-way bill and bring materials from customs to factory.
Imports and Exports are inter state supplies, so E-way bill is compulsory.
