I make payments to foreign parties. I have hosted a website on a USA based server and pay to them through Paypal.
Do Paypal charge GST on its fee?
Do I have to get GST registration for making payments using Paypal?
Yes Paypal will charge GST on its fee if service provided to Indian within India.
The GST rate will be 18%.
If you get registered under GST and provide them your GST number then you will get input credit of GST charged by them.
