Dir-3 KYC date extended to 20 September 2018

Due date for filing Dir-3 KYC is extended to 20/09/2018.

Late filing fee of Rs. 5000 applicable if filed after 20th September.

MCA site was down, nothing is working and this could be one of reason.

There is no extension. MCA has clarified on portal.

Finally, struggling from morning with MCA filing.

Not even a single form was filed.

Faced below errors:

  • PAN validation error
  • OTP sending PDF will hang and no response
  • Delay in receiving OTP
