Digital Signature Certificate (DSC) not working for IEC website

I am applying for IEC code.
I have filled IEC application on DGFT website, and now I have to digitally sign the application.
I am not getting digital signature signing box in my application.
What should be done to digitally sign IEC application?

DSC on IEC website is a big issue. Even I have faced this issue.
To make DSC work on DGFT website, make sure you have:
Installed Java
Installed DSC token driver
Have Internet Explorer
DGFT website for IEC application works on IE only and it does not support any other browser.
You need to also add this site to compatible view.
Allow Java applet to work and it should work.
