Hello, Is there any way we can change GSTR 1 quarterly to monthly. By mistake, I selected the Quarterly scheme but party turnover is Rs 1.5 Crore+.

No there is no option to change frequency of returns once opted.
You cannot change from quarterly to monthly or monthly to quarterly for the current financial year.
You can change in next financial year.
