Renting of vehicle by GTA to GTA attract 0% GST.

Hiring of Service to following are exempt in GST -

  1. Hiring by state transport undertaking, a motor vehicle meant to carry more than twelve passengers; or
  2. Hiring by goods transport agency to another GTA  a means of transportation of goods
