We have an order from X residing in Kolkata(Billing address with GST No) and Delivery should made to Y in Mumbai(delivery address Not having any GST no ). Is there is any mandatory for delivering the goods for the person not having any GST registration.
There is no requirement that person should have GST number to buy anything.
You can deliver goods to person in Maharashtra, even if he does not have GST number.
