May we expect further allowabilty to file Tran-1 before this month end. Is there any new about relaunching of Tran-1. Suppose, if GST Port does not allow to file tran-1 what are the other options available. Kindly advise.

I do not think GST portal will relaunch Tran-1. Even legally the due date was 90 days within launch of GST but government extended time. Partly because of faulty GST website.
As of now I do not have any idea whether form will be made available again for credit. Even finance ministry has not talked about it.
If form is not relaunched there is no option to file Tran-1 manually.
