It assessess sales of securities transactions value rs:12 lacs as per ais and value rs:18 lacs as per broker statement f.y.22-23.

You should show correct value. If value is only of Equity shares, then you have to calculate short term or long term capital gain and accordingly offer for taxation.

If transaction are in F&O segment, then turnover will be total of profits and loss arising due to transactions.
