GSTR-3B filed return not downloading

I have GSTR-3B for all months and now I need to download the return for bank purpose.
However when I go to particular return month and click on DOWNLOAD FILED RETURN, nothing is happening.
How to download filed GSTR-3B return?

I called GST helpdesk for the error in Downloading GSTR-3B filed return. Its not working even at my side.
Helpdesk confirmed it is a technical error and GST technical team is working on it.
